In this class, we’ll practice classic yoga standing poses to integrate everything you’ve learned so far. These foundational poses teach you a great deal about mobility, flexibility, and strength while helping you apply your new awareness in a dynamic way. The instructions you hear in this class highlight essential principles of human movement and will support you in every activity you do.
