In this class, you’ll work through the preliminary stages of a squat by focusing on the deep hip flexor. You’ll explore how to stretch it, mobilize it, and strengthen it with gentle resistance so your hips can move into deeper flexion with more ease. This prepares your body for standing squat variations that will come later in the program. With the support of a chair and strap, you’ll build both mobility and strength in a safe, accessible way.
