This class focuses on awakening healthy mobility in your spine. Many of us move from the same overly mobile areas of the spine again and again, while other regions stay stiff and underused. Over time, this creates imbalance throughout the body and can contribute to pain or inefficient movement patterns. In this class, you’ll bring awareness to these patterns and learn how to activate the parts of the spine that aren’t moving enough, while calming the areas that move too much. Rebalancing spinal mobility in this way supports the hips, improves overall stability, and creates a more harmonious relationship between the spine and the lower body.
