Day 15 is all about bringing awareness to the core muscles and understanding how they directly influence hip mobility. When the core is tight, weak, or unbalanced, the hips are forced to compensate — which can limit movement and create instability. In this class, we’ll explore and awaken all the major core muscle groups: the psoas, rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis. By activating these muscles intentionally, you’ll begin to feel how the core supports the hips, improves stability, and creates a more balanced relationship throughout the entire midsection. This work helps you move more efficiently and prepares the hips for greater mobility and strength as the program continues.
