Day 13 : Full Hip Mobility on the Floor

This class focuses entirely on floor work, where you’ll explore every direction of hip mobility — flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation, and external rotation. Working on the floor helps reveal the “blind spots” in your hips: the sticky, tight, or unresponsive areas that don’t always show themselves in other positions. By repeating these movements in a supported way, your hips begin to open gradually and build the cooperation they need. This prepares your body for more dynamic movement later in the program.
